The prices reflected on our Instagram and website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). However, you may choose to view the shop in your preferred currency through the site for easier reference.

We accept :

• Major debit/credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex) (incurs additional small fees)
• Paypal (incurs additional small fees)
• Manual payments via Paylah!, Paynow and Google Pay 
• Grab Pay
• Bank Transfer (Singapore only)

For manual payments, payment proof (by sending us a screenshot via Instagram DMs) will be required within 15 minutes in order to confirm the order. Otherwise, the items will be made available again and refunds will not be provided. 

Shipping

• Wither & Bone ships worldwide! 
• We ship out all packages via Singapore Post (Singpost)
• Though rare, we still highly recommend opting for Tracked Mail in order for us to be able to track your package in any case of delay or loss of package. 
• All orders are processed within 3-5 days

International delivery times can range anywhere from 7 to 24 working days or longer due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

How to Care for your W&B jewelry:

Though most of our items are stainless steel (water and tarnish proof), these are still some recommended ways to ensure your W&B jewellery lasts a really long time!

• Avoid direct contact with moisture (e.g. water, perfume & other chemicals) as much as possible.
• Remove jewellery before showering, sleeping or exercising.

Handle your handmade jewellery with care & store safely in a box/bag when not in use.

Do you take in custom requests?/How can I get a custom?

For now, you may reach out to us via Instagram DMs to express your interest as we work on our customs form through the site! However, we only open around 4-5 slots a month which we update in our IG bio.

Can you remake/restock items that have already been sold? 

Sure! Remakes/restocks are subject to availability of materials on hand. Feel free to reach out to us via Instagram DM if you’d like us to remake/restock something for you!

How can I track my package/What is the status of my order? 

You may track your packages through here!

Orders made through the website will receive E-mail order updates and orders made through our Instagram will receive updates via DMs. 

Do you offer fast shipping?

Should you require your W&B accessories to be delivered ASAP/by a certain date, we will try our best to accommodate with a small priority fee and/or priority shipping!

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

As W&B currently works toward making the process of purchasing from overseas a lot smoother (and affordable!), our international customers will be responsible for any import VAT, taxes, fees and custom duty charges that may incur upon reaching the country of destination.

SHOP POLICIES

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Wither & Bone accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable* due to hygiene and health reasons. 

*Refunds are issued on a case-to-case basis. For lost tracked/registered packages, we are only able to issue refunds after we have filed a report to Singpost and receive confirmation of the lost status of the package, and receive compensation (up to 60% as per their policies) from them. Unfortunately, there will be strictly no refunds for lost, stolen or damaged untracked mail. 

*Kindly make sure that you have entered your FULL address at checkout to prevent re-delivery charges and/or loss of your package. 

Thank you for understanding that once your package leaves our hands, we have very little to no control of the handling, safety and delivery of your package. 

We offer free repairs for all our accessories – kindly reach out to us via Email or Instagram should you need your Wither & Bone accessory fixed!
