Thank you for shopping at Wither & Bone. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable.

Returns:

We accept returns for all items except custom orders within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please email us at hello@witherandbone.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are made to your specific requirements and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that all details are accurate.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@witherandbone.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions. Once we receive your damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Final Sale Items

Some of our items may be marked as final sale, which means that they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase.
